Parkside Pediatrics Headquarters

Parkside Pediatrics was looking to build a new location for their rapidly growing practice in Greenville, South Carolina. The three physicians needed a new location to replace and consolidate the two buildings they were quickly out growing.

After securing a site in the new Verdae planned community, the practice hired Radium Architcture to design their new facility. The facility will support the “Parkside Way,” a philosophy that puts patient centered care at the focus of the practice.

The building houses 24 patient exam rooms, 6 newborn exam rooms, 2 labs, a radiology room, a procedure room, 2 conference rooms, and support spaces for practice, the staff, and the physicians.
