Hailey joined Radium in 2020 as an Intern Architect, while simultaneously finishing her masters degree at Clemson University. Since graduating with her M.Arch in 2022, she has proven herself to be a valued team member.
Her professional experience spans several design firms and includes projects in education, commercial, community, and municipality spaces.
When she is not studying for her architectural exams, Hailey enjoys attending Clemson football games, boating with her husband on Lake Murray, and playing with her dog Trigger.
