In addition to 35 years of healthcare design experience, Rip conducts a robust mentoring program for university college students and early career professionals.
He also leads the visual arts ministry at First Presbyterian Church, Greenville, and is a visual artist as well.
He currently serves on the Advancement & Engagement Board of the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
